Return Policy and Process

At The 13 Store, we ensure the highest quality standards for our products. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged product
  • If you receive the wrong product

To claim a refund, you must provide a proper unboxing video as proof.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it. You need to share a clear unboxing video as proof, and we will handle the replacement process.
  • Size Issues: If you wish to exchange a product due to a size issue, you must return it to our address at your own expense. Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue the replacement.

All purchases are final/ No legal claims will be entertained regarding copyrights issue.

Initiating a Return

Please contact us with in 24 hours of initial Purchase after sending us the proper Photos and unboxing video of the product.

Important Points to Note

Items purchased at a reduced price during a sale (whether online or offline) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As part of our return and replacement policy, we require an unboxing video for product condition verification.

Customized products are exempt from our return and replacement policy.

Exchanges, store credits, and refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to ensure they meet our return-eligible criteria.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return request to be received and processed after your return package has been shipped.

While we always strive to accommodate direct exchange requests, please understand that they are subject to availability due to limited stock.

If you're returning an item that was purchased with a discount code, please note that your refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price of the item, rather than the standard full price.

Any returns that are damaged or sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

Returning Internationally Shipped Orders

For items purchased internationally, it's the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return, as they are not eligible for direct exchange. Please reach out to us at 13.store1996@gmail.com with your request for further assistance.
